SUMMER TIME ON THE BAY

 Good morning Dorcas!
 Maggie and Dottie on guard.
Wood Lilies are still plentiful in our area.
Cecropia Moth (five inches across)
Snappers are still travelling on our property.
Turn left!! Heavy traffic on our bridge.
This biggie finally made it to the wetlands.
 Quiet waters on the bay.
The inland lakes are the place of choice for many geese.
Most evenings, this large Blue Heron lands for supper at our dock.
 Beauty Take Off!
 View of the back yard.
Lots of snakes in the area this year.
With three moralities so far this season, our local rattlesnakes are taking a beating on the road.
This milk snake was at the bottom of our basement stairs early one morning.
They love structures and are harmless.
