Boyd's RV Campground is about 10 mins from the centre of Key West.
Beautiful landscaping, great service and location make it popular all year round.
The campground feels a bit crowded and that feeling makes it perfect for a Key West setting.
Vivid colour all over the park is a treat to behold.
Tiki bars can break out anywhere in the campground.
Bike trails travel throughout the park.
Long after Christmas, the spirit remains.
Attitude is encouraged in the "Conch Republic"!!
This camper is here for a good time-not a long time.
A small marina is part of the park.
Wildlife is just a part of the decor.
Pelicans gather like old fishermen.
They all have a story about.........
the one that got away.
Lay back and lay low is a way of life here.
Are you talking to me?
Beautiful Iguanas wander in everywhere and anytime.
They have always been a unique part of Key west and stories say they arrived from Cuba, 90 miles away, on drift wood.
Many of the small islands and reefs have old boats that have washed a shore due to storms.
Many of the sites have huge motor homes with cars and boats for play time.
Colourful roosters also roam in Key West.
History shows they were brought here by the Spanish in the 1600's.
This is the pool as viewed from the Tiki Hut.
All this walking has made Maggie tired and hungry.
Yes-after a week here, we seem to be adapting well!!

Looking good Dad!
Dottie and I are waiting for the arrival of more snow this afternoon, with temps around -10C. Thinking of Randy in Costa Rica, where it's 34C today. Hot!
Have fun in Key West!
love, Kellie
ps...Dottie's enjoying her birthday today :)
Wow, Chris and Sheldon
I enjoyed your pictures of Key West. You do realize that we have LOTS, LOTS, LOTS of snow. Today we measured 10". It doesn't both Jim and I, we have no where to go! I will check back on your blog and see your new photos.
Safe travels,
Love Bev and Jim
