RESORT BIKE TRAIL

Five miles of paved bike trails alongside one of Naples many canals makes for great wildlife viewing.

Florida has over a million alligators and you can easily encounter one around any fresh water. They are able to move at 30mph  and the record size is 13.5 feet.
This "cute" one down the road seems to be saying:
"Send me another tourist - they taste like chicken!"

 Blue Heron

 Crusin' Gator
 Seven to eight foot alligator.
When I approached this gator, it "snapped" disappeared!!!
 Happy Fellow

Most of Florida was formed from coral reefs.
Time for a CHIPOTLES meal.
 Great Mexican meals.
Side walk treat.

Did you see the larger of the alligators by the park? Yikes!

I'd like one more day in Naples for Chipotles, cupcakes, alligators and salt water...miss you Dad.

Hi Kellie

The alligator pics were taken on the route alongside the RV park. The same route we biked when you were here.

Love DAD

Wonderful photos!I'm sure I'll be dreaming about alligators. While you are biking we are snowshoeing!
Watch where you step and hang on to Maggie.
